頻道清單：/static/channels.json（前端「頻道 ▾」下拉）
一句話總結：這個檔案是前端「頻道 ▾」下拉選單的資料來源，陣列中每一個元素＝一個可點擊的入口。
改這個 JSON 就能增減頻道，不必動程式碼——前端以
fetch('/static/channels.json?t=…') 每次帶時間戳、cache:'no-store' 動態載入。

| href | 是 | 點擊後前往的位置，四種寫法：絕對路徑 /index.html、相對路徑 report/…、外部網址 https://…、關鍵字 會議模式／game（交給前端既有邏輯處理） |
| tone | 否 | 該頻道主題色（HEX），用於按鈕／左側色條 |
